as i was packing my bags for my upcoming trip to chicago to play a show with hypermodal, i realized that i am a fucking musician and i am traveling around playing gigs. this makes me happy.

The Haight Ashbury Street fair is a mighty fine event. But, to be booked to play the occasion, one must either be in the in-crowd or do a battle of the bands that is pay-to-play.

I say fuck that.

I am hosting my own show out of my garage right on the corner of Cole and Haight. Music, drinks, love, happiness, and the street fair right next door.

I am playing a Fundraiser to Benefit Pakistani Flood Victims.

Join the Purusha community to help raise funds for the Pakistani flood victims. You will receive 10% off ANY purchase in Sports Basement and 10% of that purchase will be donated by Sports Basement to the flood victims. The organization we are working (Khushhaal Pakistan) with has literally no overhead so 100% of your money will go directly to the people in Pakistan. Oh and there will be free food and drinks and merry-making. (some yoga and live music as well!)
